Conservative House Leader Andrew Scheer says the Prime Minister's Office "dropped the ball" for failing to vet all guests who appeared in the House of Commons for Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy's speech. Speaker of the House Anthony Rota has taken responsibility for inviting a Ukrainian-Canadian veteran who fought for the Nazis in the Second World War, but Scheer says the government must also take responsibility.
