This tutorial shows how to use you can do mediation analysis in R. This tutorial first shows how to do the 3 regressions for mediation based on Baron & Kenny (1986). Then, I use the function of mediate() in the R package "Mediation" to do the mediation analysis. The mediate() function can provide the 95% confidence interval based on bootstrapping.
