Learn how to make the Ultimate Virgin Mango Mojito with simple step by step instructions from Chris De La Rosa of CaribbeanPot.com As we continue with our summer drink series, we'll make a refreshing mango mojito beverage, perfect for the kids and people who don't consume alcohol, on those hot summer days. This mojito recipe is based on the mojito I had in Havana Cuba many years ago.

For this virgin mango mojito you'll need...

1 large ripe mango
1 L carbonated water
1/4 cup water (to puree mango)
mint leaves
1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
2 limes
1/2 cup sugar
orange peel (optional)

Add 3/4 cup white rum to make this a classic mango mojito.
