As a special request from you guys and several youtubers including iampetard here is a tutorial on the basics of modding cells in fallout 4 using the creation kit. In this video we look at loading cells, adding and removing items, rotating, scaling, terraforming and also exporting.
Its not as hard as it looks but there is still much to learn so here's to the future of learning this fantastic bit of kit...creation kit!
