Legendary Lightweight Drag Cars

This week Dennis travels to Texas to check out a couple of legendary 60's drag cars that look like they rolled right off the strip. True drag muscle period pieces. A lightweight 409 Chevy Bel Air with everything but the essentials deleted, leaving room for that big engine to do its work. Then we take a '65 Dodge Coronet for a spin. This baby was the 1966 AHRA World Record Holder that "outran anybody at anytime". The engineers acid dipped this puppy! And if you thought everything was deleted before...they deleted the essentials in this one, including "PARK"!
