I explained lumbar medial branch anatomies. I put the schematic drawing and cadaver dissection images of the right L4 medial branch and right L5 dorsal ramus. In the clinical case, I provided real practice and economical needle selection. This is a simple case and basic technique including C arm tilting, rotation technique.
