here is a special Ada recipe for you. Ozhichada or Soft Ada.. made with made with rice flour and coconut.. just try and enjoy the taste...
Ingredients:-
Roasted fine rice flour - 1 cup
water - 1 1/2 cup to 2 cups
salt - 1/2 tsp
ghee - 1 tbsp
grated coconut - 1 1/2 cup
jaggery - 100 gm
cardamom powder - 1 tsp
cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
