First remove the cuffs
Cut the sleeves short
Pin the cuffs to the sleeves
Sew by hand←If you sew it carefully, the finish will be better.
Sew with a sewing machine
Completed by removing the hand-sewn thread

The thread used for hand sewing is "tacking thread".
