The Israel-Palestine conflict: Daily life in occupied Palestine

The Israeli-Palestinian conflict is ongoing. In the last years, the peace process between Israel and the Palestinians has come to a halt. The situation is tense due to the ongoing Israeli occupation and the shortcomings from the Palestinian leadership. But also the attitudes of the international community and in particular the US, the EU and the Arab League are not helping to solve the conflict. In 2013 the EFA MEPs François Alfonsi, Jill Evans and Ana Miranda visited the West Bank and East Jerusalem to see first hand what this conflict is about.
