Re-pair your master keys by getting into the vehicle (unlock the door locks manually to get in first, duh), press lock once, insert the key into the ignition, turn the key to the 2nd position (aka, 1 click forward, aka bring accessory power online), turn the key back to the 1st position, remove the key, then press lock once.
