Dough Yield: 18 pieces (weighing 90 grams)
Dough Ingredients:
- 450 milliliters of milk
- 1 tablespoon of salt (15 grams)
- 2 eggs
- 5 tablespoons of sugar (70 grams)
- 150 milliliters of cooking oil
- 20 grams of dry yeast
- 1 kilo of unleavened wheat flour (all purpose wheat flour)
- 50 grams of margarine (at the end of the dough)
Filling Ingredients for 12 Pieces:
- 12 hamburger meats
- 300 grams of mozzarella cheese
- 300 grams of ham
- 300 grams of cream cheese
To finish:
- 1 egg yolk
- Sesame to taste
