This Modern House is built
This Modern House is built in the Chalk Hills on Valguero in the Ruins.
This is an Ark Modern House design built with Metal and Greenhouse structures.
I had to use the Disable Structure Placement Collision setting so clip was active and I could build through the ruins.
I usually build with no mods on official settings so my builds can be recreated on Xbox and official servers.
If you want to attempt this build your unofficial server will need clip active.
The Ruins on this spot cover several small plateaus, starting at a large fort the ruins continue across the plateau and across bridges.
Some areas have building restrictions where structures can not be placed, but it is still an amazing spot for building Houses for a town or large base.
Modern House builds are very popular on YouTube, I like to build in glass and some of the designs are really interesting.
This building design is far removed from my usual Medieval type constructions, they might catch the attention of more people and help me grow the channel :)
In this tutorial, there are a lot of Ark building ideas and building tips that can be used on your own base designs.
This base was built with clip active, no mods so it can be built on Ark Xbox One, PS4 and PC on unofficial servers.
Ark Survival Evolved has amazing building mechanics, there are endless ways to design and build your base.
