In his 14th year as the Head Coach of the University of Washington's Men's Rowing Team, Michael has achieved no less than six Varsity 8 titles at IRAs, including 5 in a row from 2011-2015 as well as dozens of other incredible achievements.
Michael has also recently served as the head coach to the USA U23 team for two years in a row.
