Recipe
500 ml cream
200 ml milk
80g sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 vanilla bean (pith and pod)
8 egg yolks
100 ml milk
1/2 teaspoon brown sugar per glass for the caramel layer

Preparation according to the video.

Cooking time in the oven: Absolutely with water in the drip pan! 130 °C for 1 hour
Cooking time for steamer, water pot, preserving pot: 1 hour at 100 °C.
