Impromptu Nachos On The Blackstone Griddles

Since I griddle and cook on a Blackstone Griddle for a living, I often relish the simple things whether eating PBJ or fast food drive throughs! I obviously cook and eat every day, but because the camera is rolling for A FEW HUNDRED meals each year, most other meals are fast and furious. Today, I forced myself to film a simple impromptu platter of nachos that I made from ingredients we already had in-house. Nothing fancy. Just nachos.
