Troubleshooting another Infinity Q50 with p0720 code

Yet another Nissan product, this time an Infinity q50, with a P0720 Output speed sensor code stored. This is a viewer who had already replaced the TCM but still has the same problem. Is it the TCM or something else? He sent me his car to find out
