How To Sage Your Home With White Sage or how to smudge. Saging your house is also known as smudging.  Its roots are in Native American cultures and traditions. What you need to say is: Archangel Michael please remove all negative entities that occupy this space and replace this space with pure love , joy , and good health. Then visualize the negative energy spiraling up from the basement going up to the first floor and going up to the 2nd floor and through the roof and out into the universe. Now you can visualize white light everywhere and now there is a sense of calmness along with much good energy that is now replaced in your space ....Happy sage-ing
