Eggless Coconut CookiesIngredients:Desiccated Coconut -
Eggless Coconut Cookies
Ingredients:
Desiccated Coconut - 1 cup
All Purpose Flour - 3/4th cup
Cornflour - 1 Tbsp
Baking Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Baking Soda - 1/2 Tsp
Coconut Essence - 1/2 Tsp
Butter - 100 gm
Water - only if required while making dough
Instructions:
Preheat oven at 180 degrees celsius for 10-15 minutes.
Meanwhile to make the dough, add in all the above mentioned ingredients into the bowl and make a soft dough. Use water only if required.
Make small rounds out of the dough equal in size.
Dip them in desiccated coconut and flatten them a bit.
Now bake them in a preheated oven for 10-15 mins at 180 degrees celsius.
Once baked, cool them down and then devour.
