दादी के हाथ का बना हुआ अचार की कुछ और ही बात होती है, हैना? चलिए आज दादी के आम का मीठा अचार बनाते है. ये विडियो से हम हिंदी रेसिपीज की भी शुरुआत कर रहे है. देखिये मुझे और मेरी माँ को बनाते हुए आम का मीठा आचार और आप भी बनाइये :)
ये मीठा तो है ही, लेकिन थोरा खट्टा, थोरा तीखा और बहुत चटपटा भी है. चाहे तो रोटी के साथ खाइए, या फिर चावल के साथ, या ऐसे ही चमच से ले के.
