Create a remote office in Endpoint Central

Creating a remote office allows you to manage computers present in the remote office. You can create two types of remote offices in Endpoint Central. One with distribution server, and the other without. Having distribution server conserves bandwidth. In cases where the remote office has more than 10 computers, using a distribution server is highly recommended.

Using replication policy, you can control the bandwidth utilized while replicating patch and software binaries. Furthermore, the replication policy decides the frequency of the replication.
