Teach your horse to lope SLOWER using this exercise!

Teach your horse to lope slower by picking the shoulder up and redirecting the energy, instead of pulling on their face the whole time. In this video I show you how I use a basic steering and shoulder control exercise to shift my horse's weight back and help her slow down without having to babysit her the whole time. This is the first session that I worked on this, and you can already see results. Follow this process on a daily basis, and soon your horse will take accountability for their speed without you having to hold onto them.
