The process of getting started as a server is overwhelming! You need to know about the food, the service details, managing customers and do all of that without dropping the drink tray. It is a huge learning curve!

Since all servers had to start somewhere, even the best ones, had to learn how to become great servers. You can learn as well!

Before starting training or becoming completely overwhelmed, it's good to have a foundation of what is expected and some guidelines.
