ROYAL TREATMENT:
1½ oz Empress 1908 Gin
3 oz White Cranberry Juice
Sparkling Wine (to top)
Kiwi, Berries & Mint Leaves

METHOD: Build ingredients in a stemless wine glass. Top with sparkling wine, and lightly stir. Garnish with kiwi slices (skin removed), berries, and a mint leaf.
