Today, I am bringing up a traditional physical exam which a series of tests such as checking vital signs (blood pressure, heart and respiration rate and temperature), general apperance (gathering info just by watching and talking to you) + memory test, head (scalp) and neck check, abdominal, neurological and skin exam. What is ASMR? ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response. Basically, it is a feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus, often a particular sound.It is triggered by things like whispering voices, paper tearing, and scalp massage, personal attention and etc.
