What is Precoat Filtration? This type of technology utilizes filter aid to remove suspended solids down to 0.5 to 1-micron. Indeed, precoat filters have been used in many chemical processing applications, beer, wine, sugar, gelatin, sweeteners, and edible oil production. They are also widely used in the mining industry to polish cyanide leached solution used to recover precious metals in the Merrill-Crowe process.  In this webinar, we will take a look at the advantages of precoat filtration while specifically discussing Whittier Auto-Jet and Filtra-Matic technology more in-depth.  Case studies will be presented.
