Preparation: In a glass or plastic container, stir the sugar with water, add rose petals and 1 tablespoon of citric acid, cover the top of the vessel with a gauze cloth so that the wine breathes, mix the rose petals 1 time a day with a wooden or plastic spoon and so for 40 days, after 40 days we fix the wine with two liters of vodka with a strength of 40*-45 * degrees, mix everything thoroughly and pour over a clean container tightly closing the lid . Before serving , carefully open the lid so that the gases come off . And pour into glasses . Wine is considered dessert .
