BRAZILIAN FRIGATE LAUNCHED - COLOUR

(27 Feb 1977) At Vosper Thornycroft's Yard in Southampton the frigate 'Liberal' is launched by Senhora Yedola Salgado Henning, wife of Brazil's Minister for the Navy. The frigate is the fourth to be completed at the yard for the Brazilian Navy.
