Welcome to the channel, I’m Phasecast, and today we’re going to rank every weapon and evolved weapon skill on a tier list.
Starting off in the C tier we have the revolver and baseball bat.
Revolver
The revolver packs a punch to monsters in its path but you have to manually aim and face the way you want to shoot. This can be problematic against groups of monsters as you may have to constantly move around in every direction, making sure you are hitting a target. As opposed to other weapons like the Kunai or Light Chaser that will automatically fire in every direction. However, this weapon is excellent against standalone bosses as it can deal a lot of damage in one direction.
When combined with the High-Power bullet, the Revolver will evolve into the Reaper and your character will duel wield revolvers dealing more damage than before.
Baseball Bat
The baseball bat is a short-range weapon that deals damage and pushes enemies that are in front of you back. It seems to have a quicker fire rate but shorter range than the shotgun, however, I find the baseball bat easier to use than the shotgun.
When the baseball bat and fitness guide are combined the bat will evolve into Lucille, a bat with more power and a faster rate of fire. In addition, naming the bat Lucille is a nod to the Walking Dead fans, an American tv show about zombies.
Lucile is great if you are running towards hoards of monsters and against mini-bosses but the short range can make it difficult to use again primary bosses as you will need to get close and face it when you strike.
In the B tiers we have the shotgun and katana.
Shotgun
The shotgun is a short to mid ranged weapon that deals damage in a cone shape in one direction. The fire rate is slow and you have to face the direction you wish to fire so if a boss is chasing you and you don’t have sports shoes on you could be running away forever.
However, when combined with the Hi-Power Bullet the shotgun will evolve into the Gatling, a machine gun that shoots a stream of bullets in one direction without ever needing to reload. While the shotgun may not be much the Gatling is very powerful and great against bosses if you are able to aim it correctly. It’s one of the funnest evolved weapons to use. It deserves better than to be an evolved version of the shotgun because I don’t think the shotgun itself is great.
Katana
The katana is a weapon that projects waves of slashes from side to side. Due to the side-to-side action, it might possibly be one of the best weapons to use against mini-bosses on an open map where you have room to run around.
If a mini-boss is chasing you, the backslash caused by the katana will certainly damage them.
A legendary grade katana may be useful in tank builds alongside evolved supplies like the pressure forcefield.
In addition, a legendary grade katana may be useful in tank builds alongside evolved supplies like the pressure forcefield due to its ability to heal on contact.
In the A tier is the Kunai.
Kunai
The kunai is a ranged weapon in Survivor.io that can be thrown in every direction dealing damage at a high rate.
When combined with the Koga Ninja Scroll, the Kunai will evolve into the Spirit Shuriken in which the fire rate and damage are drastically increased.
The Kunai excels in levels with narrow pathways like Chapter 5 where targets are mostly on 2 sides.
Last but not least, in the S tier, the best weapon in Survivor.io is the Light Chaser.
Light Chaser
The Light Chaster is an unstoppable blade of light manifested from the Eternal Crystal’s power. You can obtain the S-Graded Excellent Light Chaster weapon from supply crates and the 7-day launch carnival by completing missions.
The Light Chaser is basically a sword that shoots out wide rows of light in different directions around you. The Light can hit several targets and cause penetration damage, which means it can penetrate through enemies causing damage along the way.
When evolved the weapon turns into Eternal Light which increases damage output and rate of fire.
This weapon excels against groups of monsters and compact levels with close courters like Chapter 9 that aren’t narrow like in chapter 5.
