बांग्लादेश में अंतरिम सरकार के मुखिया मोहम्मद यूनुस ने हिन्दुओं पर हो हो रहे हमलों पर बैठक बुलाई है नई सरकार बनने के बाद भी बांग्लादेश में हिंदुओँ पर हमले रुकने का नाम नहीं ले रहे. वो बांग्लादेश की नई सरकार की मंशा और भारत विरोधी मानसिकता को जाहिर करते हैं. जिससे साफ होता है कि बांग्लादेश में कोटा के नाम पर जो आग लगाई गई. उसके पीछे सिर्फ शेख हसीना के विरोधी नहीं थे बल्कि भारत विरोधी तत्व भी शामिल थे. ऐसा लग रहा है जैसे अब बांग्लादेश दोबारा पाकिस्तान बन जाएगा. बांग्लादेश के मुजीबनगर में 1971 के शहीद स्मारक स्थल पर मौजूद प्रतिमाओं को तोड़ दिया गया है. पूरे स्मारक को तहस-नहस कर दिया गया है. यहां 1971 की जंग में पाकिस्तान को भारतीय सेना के सामने सरेंडर करते दिखाया गया था जिसे तोड़ दिया गया है.
