Pan fried egg tofu recipe, easy and tasty vegan dish

Welcome to kitchen 27, today I will share my tofu recipe. Egg tofu is as rich and fragrant as scrambled eggs, its texture is smooth and soft, similar to silken tofu. I only use simple seasoning to cook it, but the flavor is amazing. You can eat it with rice or as side dishes, one of my best vegan dishes. Hope you like it.
Ingredients:
Egg tofu: 490g
Dry flour: 30g
Green onion: 10g
Tofu Sauce:
water: 2tbs, corn starch: 1 tbs, oyster sauce: 1 tsp, soy sauce: 1 tsp, black pepper powder: ¼ tsp
Vegetable oil: 2tbs
Salt for taste
Steps:
1.       Slice the egg tofu log as 0.5 inch thickness
2.       Pinch a little bit salt on sliced tofu, spread flour on both sides, set aside
3.       Chop the green onion to fine pieces
4.       Make the tofu sauce: mix all the ingredients very well, set aside
5.       Put vegetable oil into a fry pan, wait the oil get heat, add egg tofu slices into the pan, fry to both side golden brown, transfer to a plate
6.       Pour the sauce into the pan, after 10 seconds, the sauce becomes stick, add fried tofu in, mix them, add salt and green onion
7.       Serve in a plate, eat as side dish or with rice
