2 tbsp ghee
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp jeera
5-6 pcs laung
1 pc dal chini
2-3 pcs elaichi
1 pc big elaichi
5-6 pcs kali mirch
2 pcs tej patta
2 sliced onions
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
Slit green chillies
1 diced potato
1 carrot
8-10 chopped beans
1/2 cup fresh peas
8-10 cauliflower florets
1 tsp salt
2 tsp ghee
8-10 cashews
Some paneer cubes
1 tsp salt
2 tsp lemon juice
Some fresh dhaniya and pudina
For Raita
1 cup curds
Some namkeen bundi
Some chopped onions
Some tomatoes
Green chillies
Fresh coriander
Salt
Red chilly powder
Jeera powder
2 tsp oil
Heeng and Jeera
Dried red chilly powder
