The disabled such as the deaf, the blind, and the mute are not exempted from applying the religious duties. like other normal people, they are required by the Shari`ah (Islamic Law) to offer Prayer, zakah, etc.
A person who is deaf, how do they perform Prayer? What is obligatory for them to do? It can be tough sometimes to learn how to pray and what to say.
