Jassa Singh Ramgharia was a prominent Sikh leader and founder of the Ramgarhia Misl, one of the 12 Sikh Misls (confederacies) that emerged during the 18th century in the Punjab region of India. He was born in 1723 in a village called Ichogil in present-day Pakistan.

Jassa Singh Ramgharia was known for his military prowess and bravery on the battlefield, and he played a significant role in defending the Sikh community against attacks from outside forces. He also played a key role in the establishment of the Sikh Empire under Maharaja Ranjit Singh.
