A rejuvenating 45 minute yoga session dedicated to helping the tension in your shoulders and hips melt away.

Between work, running around doing errands, etc, tension or maybe even pain easily and quickly builds in the hips and shoulders. Let Philippa guide you through a standing yoga practice featuring heart opening stretches, calming forward folds, gentle inversions and some light strengthening for balance.

***** Before taking part in this physical yoga class provided by the Australian School of Meditation & Yoga  - ABN 48 002 506 461 (ASMY) please carefully read the following Release from Liability terms.  If you proceed with the class, you will be taken to have agreed to the following:

-If I am under 18 my parent or guardian has read this and also agreed on my behalf
-Physical exercise is not without risk of injury which can be serious or disabling.
-I will discontinue or ease off if at any time I feel pain, strain or discomfort and consult a medical professional if required. Yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. Yoga is not recommended and is not safe under certain medical conditions.
-If I have a pre-existing condition or are pregnant I will not proceed until I have consulted a medical professional about the safety of this activity.
-I am participating in this online class voluntarily and I assume full responsibility for any and all damage or injury which I may incur or cause through my participation. I am not covered by ASMY insurance. I am responsible for assessing (in conjunction with my medical professionals) my ability to engage in this class and the suitability and safety of the physical space I am using.
-I do not hold ASMY or the teachers responsible for, and fully release and discharge them from any claim for loss damage or injury, incurred as a result of participating in this class.
-If this is a Moderate or Dynamic class I have undertaken a number of classes in the level below (as some of the instruction provided in the level below may be assumed).
