Please remember that this is a group healing. Today we are combining a few healing technologies and tools. We are using a kabbalistic chart with the names of God, Crystals, Atlantean Healing Paddles, and a guided meditation. As always: “The deeper you feel, the deeper you heal.”

In recent months I have noticed strange activity at night. It seems that someone or something is transmitting frequencies and energies to us when we are in a receptive state — you wake up in the middle of the night with anxiety, heart palpitations, fear and sometimes feelings of dread... all your tools and techniques go out the window, it's like you cannot think. And when you remember your tools and techniques it feels like they are not working.

This is not the same as Ascension symptoms where you also wake up in the middle of the night, except there's no feelings of fear, dread or anxiety. These are important times to be away and active to integrate new energies, so make a cup of tea and read a book of work on a project when this happens... you'll be back in bed 30 minutes – two hours later.

So, in today's session I wanted to tackle this issue with transmissions as well as psychic attack. Some of my clients have been coming with some crazy attack stories — more than I usually get — and I always investigate these, because sometimes what seems like an attack is not an attack, but self-fulfilling prophecy.
