My tip for a quiet turntable - not what you might think!

Playing around with my setup and I discovered something unexpected that made my system a lot quieter.
Careful setup can make a big difference, making sure the cables are routed correctly, things are plugged in right. If you are experiencing something unfulfilling in your system, try checking your setup, speaker and listening chair placement, sub xover point and phase. You may make an unintended discovery.
