‪@ZoeyaKitchen‬ #zoeyakitchen Tandoori Rava Cake | Tandoori Suji Cake | Semolina Cake : Semolina cake it’s made with fine semolina with few ingredients like eggs & sugar , cardamom ,etc.. Decorate with some dry fruits and saffron. and baked it in oven. Very tasty and delicious cake. Can b made quickly. You definitely make it everybody will like it. If u don’t have oven u can make it in pan also. Measurements : ( 1 cup = 250 ml ) Ingredients : A. Bowl : ( cake batter ) : 1. 4 large Big size Eggs ( Ande ) ( if you are using small medium size then use 5 eggs ) 2. 1/2 tsp. Salt ( namak ) 3. 1/2 tsp. Cardamom powder ( Elaichi powder ) 4. 2 tbsp. oil ( tail ) ( sunflower oil ) 5. 3/4 cup Sugar ( shakkar ) 6. 1 & 1/2 cup. Fine semolina ( Barik Rava / Barik Suji ) ( 250 gram ) 7. 1 tsp. Baking powder 8. A pinch of lemon yellow food colour ( khane ka pila rang ) 9. 1/2 cup. Finely chopped Mixed Dry Fruits ( Almonds, Pistachios , raisins , Cashews ) B. Cake tin : 1. 10-12 inch cake tin I used. Grease it with some unsalted butter ( ghee ) 2. Sprinkle some saffron ( Zaffran ) 3. Decorate with some Raisins, almonds , pistachios, cashews , etc. dry fruits of your choice. 4. Bake cake in preheated oven for 180*C for 30 to 45 min. On convection Oven.
