Galaxy Tab 10.1 Update

The Galaxy Tab 10.1 has been out for some time now.  I thought we would revisit the Galaxy Tab and see what the update that Samsung pushed to the device looks like.  Originally the Galaxy Tab 10.1 had a stock version of Android Honeycomb on it, but Samsung decided that just wan't good enough.  We take a look at the original software briefly and then update the Galaxy Tab and see what the new software has to offer.
