Groin or inner thigh tightness or pain? 😣

This is one of the most common symptoms of hip osteoarthritis. You’re not alone if you are experiencing this ☝🏽

The good news is, you can find relief! ✅

One of the greatest ways to start is to reduce the irritation and stiffness of the inner thigh muscles by working on the other muscles that also help to support the hip.

Front of the hip muscles help your leg to move forward when walking. If there is a muscle imbalance or weakness present which can be common- the inner thighs have to work harder than they are used to 💥

Working your muscles in different directions like sideways or backwards can help to reduce irritation of the groin muscles and allow other muscles to help out to stabilize the hip when walking 😇

Starting with 10-30 repetitions in each direction can be a great place to start depending on your fitness level 💪🏽

Use support as needed to prevent compensations ⚠️
