Learned a bit more about how this trick works since the last time I covered it. so I decided it was appropriate to remake this tutorial. Instead of being a crapshoot that I once thought it was, it is now a 1frame pause, followed by a 3frame pause with Tails manipulation inbetween. Definitely not an easy trick, but I'm really glad I finally figured out what makes this trick work.
Also it saves 30 seconds compared to getting a really good puyo so it's worth learning if you're trying to seriously lower your time for the Sonic+Tails category.
