01 Introduction to BIM and Standalone Options in OpenBridge Designer

The BIM Workflow option gives the users an option to move from a Disconnected data flow environment to an Integrated Data Flow environment and the Data from one Bentley program to another will be shared and updated seamlessly. In a Standalone environment, users can Model, Analyze, Design, and Rate the Bridge in individual programs like Leap Bridge Concrete, Leap Bridge Steel, and RM Bridge. In this introductory video, Vinay Mysore will explain the BIM workflow process between OBM and Leap Bridge Concrete Precast Prestress Girder module and finally explain how the Rating is performed in the program. Rating-related Hand calculated and Common queries from the users are discussed as well.
