Exit poll predicts electoral implosion for the Conservative Party

The exit poll suggests the Labour Party has won with an estimated overall majority of 170 seats, while the Conservatives look likely to record their lowest seat tally in the party's history.

Sky's Economics and data editor Ed Conway says this outcome would "utterly transform Britain's political landscape".
