This is a simple, budget-friendly and very tasty delicious, homemade honey cake that melts in your mouth! Preparing is incredibly easy and fast! Honey cake! Cream for the cake is prepared from fatty (30%) sour cream. You can pre-weigh sour cream 20% fat or not beat, but mix with powdered sugar with a spoon. You can also use a thickener. Sour cream can be replaced with fresh cream + cream cheese (1: 1) The secret and feature of this recipe lies in its preparation!
👉Ingredients:
✅️ Step 1:
Honey - 80g. (~2 tablespoons)
Butter - 80g.
Sugar - 50g.
Eggs -3 pcs.
Salt - a pinch
Flour ~ 170g.
Baking soda - 2/3 tsp
Vinegar (6-9%) 1 - 1.5 tbsp.
✅️ Step 2:
Sour cream - 500g.
Vanilla sugar - 10g.
Powdered sugar - 70g.
✔️ Form 19x28 cm.
✔️Bake in a preheated oven at t 180°C, ~15 minutes
✔️Decoration: crumb + chopped nuts
