Outlook 2019 setup for Exchange 2019 mailboxes (Fasthosts customers)

This video will show you how to setup your Microsoft Exchange 2019 mailbox in Outlook 2019.

Please note that this video is intended for Fasthosts customers. If you are not a Fasthosts customer you will need to get any relevant settings from your current provider, although the actual setup process will be very similar for everyone if you use autodiscover.

The configuration on Outlook 2019 requires Autodiscover DNS records to be created.

If you are using Fasthosts nameservers, this record is created automatically.

If you are using a 3rd party to manage your domain name, then you will need to create this record manually. Your required autodiscover record will depend on whether other types of Exchange mailboxes exist on your domain.
