Transitioning from Automic Automation On-Premises to Automic SaaS - Configuration Data

This lesson shows how to transition design and configuration data from on-premises to SaaS.   Automic Automation provides two capabilities:
Transport Case  
- Relies on DB UNLOAD (export from on-premises) and DB LOAD (import into SaaS) database utilities.
- Suitable for mass transitions and complete configurations. In versions 24 and 24.1, importing will require a service request. With v24.2, customers will perform this task autonomously.
Downloadable / Uploadable XML Files  
- User-driven functions (AWI, REST API, Java API).
- Folders and their contents are exported to an XML file, which can be imported in SaaS.
- This feature cannot export complete configurations, only individual folder structures.
