♨️More backyard BBQ ASMR for y'all! Chuck roast is often overlooked, but I suggest not sleeping on it. I got cuts with a good amount of fat and although these cuts are huge, don't worry, they are simple to work with!
This recipe is unique because it involves searing and then air frying the chuck roasts. I also cooked some veggies in the meat juice, and fried up some potato frites to go with it. I have narrations (and ASMR) throughout this video so it is easy to follow. Enjoy!

* beef rub seasoning (or any seasoning you'd like - I used Great Plains)
* onion, 1x
* carrot, 1x
* rosemary, 2-3 sprigs
* garlic, 2 whole garlics
* olive oil
* beef bouillon stock
* red wine of your choice
* (optional) potato, 2x
