800g poisson thon (Tuna)
du poivre en poudre
1 ti cuyer l'ail et gingembre
1½ ti cuyer safran
2 oignons haché
2 gros cuyer cotomili haché
2 gros cuyer la menthe haché
½ ti cuyer garam masala
8 cup la farine (~1kg)
1 ti cuyer bicarbonate
8 gros cuyer du beurre
du sel et de l'huile
