How To Fix Clip Audio and Video Sync Problem In DaVinci Resolve

I kept running into a problem in DaVinci Resolve where an imported clips audio would be out of sync at the end of the video. After playing around this is the solution I found for my particular issue. I hope it helps someone and saves them the frustration.
