The anchor introduces the Guru as "The foremost teacher of Kriya Yoga" and asks him what makes Kriya Yoga so special. The divine Guru spends a few minutes explaining what Kriya Yoga is. In particular he states his often quoted statement "Breath control is self-control, breath mastery is self-mastery."
