Why I Love Fast Hands in Modern Warfare II! | (Best Bonus Perk?)

One fairly minor gripe that many people have with Modern Warfare II is the animations for various actions are too slow. Thankfully, we have a Bonus Perk (Fast Hands) to help speed up many of these animations so today I wanted to break down the perk to show what it does and doesn't do as well as share some of my feedback in regards to certain animations. What do you think of Fast Hands in MWII and do you feel any of the animation timings could use some improvement?
